We offer you the highest possible quality. We test the viability and germination rates frequently. All seeds are sold as souvenirs. We do not condone any illegal use of our products.

How Do you sell wholesale or can i buy your seeds in other shops?
Our seeds are NOT available throughout any other vendor or seedbank. We dont do wholesale to prevent our clients for fake seeds and ripp off artists. We know this is a knock down in business but our clients are number #1 for us. We stand for quality and service so please dont contact us for wholesale or resell options. If you have a website and want to make some good money, join our partner program.

What does a TGS delivery look like?
Once you have placed your order, you will promptly receive a plain, padded (bubble) envelope delivered by post. For SUPER stealth delivery we use various shipping methods for best secure reasons we can not give more details. You will get a untracable package, you have to be able to find your goods weel hidden somewhere inside this package. Orders outside Europe will arrive within 14-21 business days (Business days are Monday-Friday). Discreet delivery world-wide! All seed-packages contain 10 seeds, we send all seeds by Priority mail in plain packaging with no indication to the contents.

How do I know you won't keep my money and never send any seeds?
We are in business for more than 13 years and one of the first online shops (click here for some proof!). If we did not send goods, the news would spread quickly and we would end up without a business, which after all the hard work we've put into it, would be ridiculous. Also one of the main reasons that we put our business on the web is to provide the good, honest and efficient service that our customers deserve. We've heard of too many sites that either never send seeds or send inferior quality ones.

How soon will my seeds be sent?
After the payment has been settled we will ship your order on the next shipping day, ones a week all payed orders will be send. We would prefer to send goods immediately, but we have experienced an unacceptable level of fraudulent orders. We apologise in advance to our genuine customers. Shipping time also depends on the speed of the postal service in your country. Usually you will recieve your seeds within 10-20 days.

Can you ensure me that ordering online from your site is safe?
Yes! Our shop uses SSL security. Secure Sockets Layer, SSL, is the standard security technology for creating an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. Why dont you accept credit cards?
Law enforcement agencies have full access to your personal files at the credit card companies and banks. Using credit card payments will leave a paper trail and so it is NOT safe to use this type of payment. TGS only accepts cash money or Western Union money transfer. To protect you and your privacy every time you shop at TGS, you are shopping on a secure server that encrypts all of your personal information, including name and address. We use a 128 bit secure SSL server for all orders. Encryption ensures that no one can access or use your personal information.

What are my payment options?

When you create an account with us we store all of the information that you would normally enter during the checkout process on a secure server protected by SSL. It is for your convenience, so next time you shop with us, you won't have to re-enter the same information over again. You also get one click order tracking once you have placed an order.

I received my order but an item is missing, what should I do?
All shown products are on stock so there are NO back orders. All orders are double checked before they leave. If you received your order and an item in your package is missing, please contact us at orders@amsterdamseeds.com right away so we can complete your order.

What if my order or parts of my order are confiscated by customs?
Due to very strict regulations in some countries, we can not guarantee that customs will not confiscate your order. Please note that we do not take responsibility for orders confiscated by customs. Responsibility and Disclaimer: You personally take full responsibility for the product(s) you purchase. When shipping to European countries, most times your order won't go through the customs at all. If importing or owning smoking accessories or related products is illegal in any country or part of country, amsterdamseeds.com accepts no responsibility as to verifying the legitimacy of the order before accepting it. We will not reimburse you should any products be kept or destroyed by local authorities.
